Hi,
Can anyone tell me the exact field where the number of calls in queue is stored in the IPCC database?
Thanks

Hi
Which version of IPCC you are using? Is it production or test environment.

Also, check if MSDE or SQL2000 is installed on your server?

Hi,
We are using IPCC Express 4.5 and we are running MSDE.

Check the 'RouterCallsQNow' column in the table 'Call_Type_Real_Time' of awdb. You can find the calls in queue of specific call type.
Rate if helpful.

Curt,
I dont think you can access the .mdf file. You need client software to read sql database table.

That is exactly true for Enterprise. The original poster stated that they were using Express.

Right Geoff, it is not applicable for express setup. I skipped that post, sorry for the inconveniences.
