Assume you have a UCCX 8 with CM 8 deployed with AD integration. If the CM looses connection to AD for whatever reason can agents login to CAD?
My guess is no since I don't think CM caches user credentials but I need confirmation on this.

Hello John,
No, agent will not be able to login. As per SRND...
On Page 121 of UCCX 8.x SRND:
"Because user authentication requires access to a user database in the LDAP server, if the LDAP server is down or unavailable, you cannot access the Cisco Unified CCX Administration web interface and agents cannot log in."
