Can CVP app which is doing recording for specific duration be invoked as a url by using Finesse api

We have  a CVP app which is doing recording for specific duration.  In order for that to happen, Finesse is conferencing CTI RP while being on the inbound call. That causes all the nuances of conference call. Can CVP app be invoked as a url using Finesse API?

Can you explain the scenario you are trying to solve? Is it that when the agent receives the inbound call, the CVP app starts the recording?
