Hi,
I have a customer that currently uses an agent desktop based on the Cisco combo .NET toolkit. They are interested in the Finesse product but does the API support color setting for fonts and cells in the call state information?

You cannot modify the color or fonts for the Cisco supplied callcontrol gadget in the Finesse desktop.
If you create your own custom gadget(s) using the finesse javascript library, you can set the color and fonts for your custom gadget any way you like using css.
