Can I use Mobile Jabber to get call from UCCX 11.5

Hi Guys,

 

one of my client he has UCCX 11.5 and CUCM 12.0 and want to get his uccx 11.5 calls thorugh Mobile Jabber?

 

Can he achieve it? and Does he needs Cisco Anyconnect?

Do you want to use Cisco Jabber for Mobile as Agent instrument?

This is not supported. Please check UCCX compatibility matrix

Does it mean I have version 12.0 and above?

 

I got this info from this link:

That note implies Jabber as a CSF device, not a TCT as for a mobile.

For CSF device types yes, not TCT or BOT for mobiles.

Check Compatibility Matrix for current versions of UCCX. Answer is there

May be 12.5? 

Unfortunately no versions can support uccs with Jabber for mobile. Only for CSF

this one talks about jabber 12.0

so If I have jabber Mobile 12.0 with UCCX 12.0 could work?!
