Can IPCC pass Caller ID to a mobile phone?

I have a script that during off hours transfers callers to a mobile phone that is answered by a technician. I have a request from the technician to have caller ID passed to the mobile phone. The request came about because he missed a call from our ISP and when he wanted to call the missed call back the number he saw was our main number and no voice mail message was left.

Can this be done? If so, how would I do it?

I do know that we currently override Caller ID with our main number using the "Calling Party Transform Mask" on the route list.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

You need to adjust your CCM in order to accomplish this. There are couple of options:

1. Change the RL not to transform the calling number, however this will affect everyone.

2. If you have CCM 4.0 or greater you can do the following:

Create a new route list that points to the GW, do not do any transformation

Create a new route pattern for outbound calling, place it in a new parition,

Create a new CSS that has access to this parition

Assign this CSS to the CTI ports associated with this jtapi group used by the CRS application

This way when CRS needs to transfer a call outside it will use difrferent route list, which does not perform the transformation.

Hope this helps.
