Can the Task routing API support Chinese attach data?

Scenario:
    A wechat customer selects a business type(such as business consulting or complaints),then initiates a request to the agent. we want to set some information to the attach data(sucn as customer Chinesee name or business type) before routes to the agent.

Can the Task routing API support Chinese attach data  by  setting and getting through PV1....PV10 or ECC Variable.?

Hi Grace,

Chinese characters are not supported from SocialMiner across the MR interface to CCE.

You can try this workaround

Wechat customer selects business type - "business consulting" or "compliants",

Cache the Selection with an UID in a datastore

set the UID in attach data

Once the contact lands on the agent desktop - retrieve the details from the datastore.
