We have external vxml script 2.0 compliant. We need to import this into our CVP Call Studio. Can we do that if yes then how ?

Looking forward to any help.

Malik,

This is not possible.

CVP Call Studio is a development solution for creating the IVR applications easily using a drag and drop interface.

Its very powerful as it can do a lot out of the box but is also very customizable..

It creates a bunch of xml config files and also can use custom java code.

These files are then 'deployed' onto the Cisco CVP VXML Server.

The Cisco CVP VXML Server interprets these xml files and creates dynamically the VXML code which the VXML browser downloads and interprets.

You can host your VXML application on a different web server and use CVP and its Voice Browser with it.

But its not possible to 'import' a VXML 2.0 application into Call Studio.
