We are using UCCX 10.6 and have had difficulty getting reps to always logout of the system. We are about to turn on the automatic logout feature, but wanted to be able to go back and edit the logout timestamps for those reps who forgot to logout.
Is there a way in UCCX to go back and edit timestamp history?

No, unless you update the database which would not be supported. But, I don't follow why would you want to manually edit any data pertaining to reporting, can you elaborate?

We are tracking our rep's availability and it is getting skewed by these individuals who have not logged out correctly. Some delayed logouts are due to overtime and should not be adjusted, but others are due to rep error. Going forward this will not be an issue when we turn on automatic logout.
We were hoping to adjust the small number of instances this has occurred in the past. It makes sense that it isn't possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
Does that provide enough info? Thanks for your responses.
