Cannot login to the finess 12.0

Im getting below error when im login to the finess. but i can login to the jabber and phone services are working fine.

whet could be the issue for below error.

CUCM v 12.0

UCCX v 12.0

jabber version 12.9.2

Verify if agent marked as IPCC extension and Appropriate CTI role associated to user

Your Jabber is not associated with RMCM user.

Can you check that?
