I can send a call to a logged on, READY agent, I can send a call to the IVR using Trans Route to VRU, I cannot Queue the call on the IVR using a Q to Skill Group node. Help!

What happnes to the call when you send the call to Queue to skill Group Node?

The call fails out of the Q to Sg node every time, when i check the requalify reason it is always 0, lastly call tracer shows no default route.
