I wonder that CTIOS API is no longer supports in the CCE 11.5.

The official Documentation is yet to come out. but in 11.0x they keep on emphasizing on using finesse for new deployment since the CTI OS toolkit is set to deprecate.

new deployment should be using finesse and CTI OS and CAD will be supported on upgrades from older release.
