CCX 10.6 script management

Hi,

We have 100's of scripts due to bad management and versioning control. As every script doesn't necessarily have a trigger (sometimes called directly within another script by name) - is there anyway to report on script usage? ie last time a script was called upon.

Cheers

Rich

Hi Rich,
How many Applications do you have ? ..also Triggers ? .. this will tell an idea about what is used and what is not ..
when you get below list :
Trigger >> Application >> Script
Try to run a Historical Report for "Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report" .. and select all triggers that you have for period of time ..
those with outputs on your Report are the ones that are receiving traffic from your Customers ..

Once you get the Trigger , you can map it to your Application >> Then Script ..

Thanks A lot,
Ahmed Salah

Hi Ahmed,

Some of these scripts do not have triggers - they are called as subscripts. They also have no agents or CSQs so you're suggestion wont work unfortunately

Can anyone help?

Rich

Well, then you have a long night to get what you asked for ..

You might get started by gathering the Master Scripts , then open them in
Editor and check which script they are checking inside the SubFlow ..

Hmm thats not workable unfortunately. Maybe there isn't an answer :(
