CCX 7.01 - .net 2 issue

Hey.

Someone has installed Microsoft Studio Express 2005 on my ccx 7.01 server, and because of this it was also applied .net 2.0.

After this, the resources is not able to be listes anymore (Error saying db read error...) - Under subsustems -> RmcM -> Resources.

Any know a workaround for this, or do I have to uninstall .net 2 ( and Studio Express 2005) - And will an uninstall solved the issue.

Everything else is working and call processing works like it should - but it is not possible to change skills etc.

Hi Thomas,

Uninstall .NET 2 and Studio Express 2005, and run the repair option on the UCCX installation disc. It will bring your UCCX version back to 7.0(1)_Build068, so if you have an SR patch installed, be prepared to reinstall it.
