Hey,
I received an error in the step of 'select resource', because of the name of the CSQ in Hebrew,
This is the error I got: Failed to load CSQ because CSQ: ____ is invalid
Has anyone had any experience with this, how to write the queue so that there will be no error?
Because there was no problem in the other steps.
Thanks!

I normally always spell CSQ names etc. in english (Im from denmark where we also have special chracters), and then the Skill in Danish (So supervisor has the danish spelling)
Is there any others CSQ where it works with Hebrew spelling ?
One thing you could try is to see what it actually has in the uccx database for the name
Try this :
https://<uccx-server>/adminapi/csq
and get the list of CSQ to see if it saves it differently

Are you running the latest version of CCX? Also, I assume you have a variable set with the CSQ name and you're able to save it, but when you try to validate the script you get this error, right?

Yes, I use the 12.5 version and also use the parameter for the name of the CSQ.
and in the validation check everything is fine, only when I debug this error appears and only in this step 'Select Resource'.
I used the parameter of this CSQ in other steps and there was no problem.
like in 'Get Document Data' and in Make Rest API.
I tried to write the name of the CSQ in the parameter also in this way u"[\"תמיכה\"]" and again the same error returned.
Why only in this step is there a problem with the CSQ name in Hebrew?

What other steps are you refering to ? Is the get Statistics working with the name ?
As @david.macias is writing - are you using a parameter for the name ?

Hey,
In other steps such as 'Get JSON Document Data', the CSQ name parameter was captured and I managed to extract the data I wanted from the JSON.
but the Get Statistics really returned 'invalid' on that parameter.

I must ask, does a Get JSON Document Data step really access any CSQ data? If not then the test you’ve done isn’t of much value. As others have pointed out can you use the CSQ value with other steps that actually access queue data? If not I’d be inclined to agree with @Thomas G. Johannesen that the recommendations would be to keep all system data in English and not use any extended ascii characters.

In the 'Get JSON Document Data' step, I extract data that is received from sending a REST API
In the received JSON there are details about the name of the CSQ in Hebrew.
Apparently there is a problem with saving data in Hebrew in the UCCX database,
so I will only use CSQ names in English
Thank you all so much!
