Hi all,
Anybody knows what are the difference between SP[audio path directory] and P[audio path directory] in Script Editor (ver 8.5)? Could you explain for me about the audio path directory ( where is root directory if I create one sub folder in en_US folder).
Thanks,
Thuc

SP[] plays system prompt from under the system folder and the P[] uses the prompts under user directory.

I'm not sure if you have servers root but here is the directory :
/common/cisco/uccx/Prompts/system/G711_ULAW/en_US
In case of G729
/common/cisco/uccx/Prompts/system/G729/en_US

Thank you,
@Chris: You mean that User directories are en_US, en_GB, some sub-folder I created...so on, right?

It would be root directory for system prompts or user prompts, if you created any sub directories you would need to reference the sub-directory in the path. There is root directory for each language and the root will depend on which language you are using in your script via the language setting.
