CCX unused prompts

Hi,

I have this customer with a lot of voice prompts uploaded to the CCX server, is there a way to see if the prompt is in use or last date it has been accessed.?

Or is it the hardway and look into all the scripts.?

It's the hard way.

There are too many variables - even if you scanned the logs for last use and it wasn't used for a year, there's nothing saying it might be used tomorrow when someone hits the 'emergency' switch.
