I see we need to increase RAM to 20GB for our 400 agents.
There is also mention of losing certificate CA's for our privately signed certs. Is that just a matter of copying the CA's from the server and reinstalling post-upgrade?
Is there anything else I have to watch out for?
How long should this upgrade take for a HA server arrangement?

Hi there,
I did the upgrade from 12.0 to 12.5 su1 last weekend. It took me around 3 hours per server to upgrade to base version. Please increase the RAM prior to upgrade else your upgrade fails. I didn't copy the certificates and didn't see any issue in the production ( my understanding that it is required for CCP). Fortunately, I didn't experience any issues during and after the upgrade.
Also, do the standard upgrade procedures such as connectivity check (DNS, NTP), take the back up, perform during maintenance window.
I am sure that you have referred the upgrade steps outlined in the document : CCX 12.5 upgrade guide but just placing it here for the reference.
If you are also upgrading the CUCM, ensure that you performed jtapi sync from the CCX.

Hi there,
I forgot to mention earlier. you may find problem in CUIC cluster formation if your network doesnt support multicast. so you may have to change the clustering mode to tcp/ip.
Please check the CUIC cluster formation and troubleshooting
usefull commands:
utils cuic cluster show
utils cuic cluster mode
