Hi,
Got 2 agents who after they miss a call that is presented to them wont stay Not Ready. The state changes for a split second then the call is presented to them again. The problem follows the user/phone so cant be PC related ie firewall. All other agents are fine.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Turning it off isnt an option. It works fine for everyone else.
Here is some debug from the agent log:
2011-03-25 14:50:12:468 ERROR DAGT3062 Chat SetAgentAcdState failed.
Does that help?

Just a question , does closing and re-openeing the application solve it then it happened again ?

No I've tried the obvious stuff - after restarting CAD it does exactly the same

Now I cant get onto AppAdmin page from either a PC or the server! I've tried restarting IIS, rebooted the server, running cet.bat and setting it to FRESH_INSTALL. Still cant get on.
HELP!

Can anyone help with this. I cant access appadmin page (I know password but login box doesnt even display!). I also got 2 agents who wont stay Not Ready after a missed call - they go straight back to Ready despite CSQ saying go Not Ready. I've rebooted server, deleted phones and added again. I'm lost

Got AppAdmin page back!
Stop Node Manager, Browse server to C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps and delete appadmin folder then restart Node Manager-easy!
