I have downloaded and installed the Supervisor Desktop from an IPCC server that had its IP address changed. Now when I try and run the Supervisor Desktop it fails and the log file shows it is trying to log into the previous IP. How can I change this?

Hi,
Pls open registry of the supervisor desktop machine Start>Run>Regedit. and replace the following parameters with new IP or hostname. It should resolve your issue.
Key Name: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\CTI Desktop\CtiOs
Name: CtiOsA
Data: Hostname/IP address of new CTIOS-A side server
Name: CtiOsB
Data: Hostname/IP address of new CTIOS-B side server
Let the port number remain unchanged if it was not changed.
Gd luck.

If this is IPCC Express (CCX), you can use C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\PostInstall.exe to make this change.

I ran the post install right after I changed the IP address but before I downloaded the supervisor desktop

Run postinstall.exe on the workstation that you installed CSD on.

CTI Desktop is not available in my registry where you stated.
