Does anyone know of a way to change the Finesse error message that is displayed when a an Agent logs into Finesse and then gets the "Device not accessible. Contact your system administrator" message. We want to change the "contact your system administrator" part. We know what causes the error to login so we want to remind the agent what to do in this message.

I am pretty sure this is built into the code and not something you can adjust. You may need to open feature enhancement for that. which if approved would take long time to implement.

Hi. You say you know what causes the error - could you possibly share? We are seeing it more and more, and none of the fixes I have found in these forums works for us. Many thanks!

For us it was the fact that the phone is not registered first.
