I am planning for 10 contact center agents with around 90 users in total , i was planing for CME 12.5 and UCCX 12.5 but when i went to the compatibility matrix they are not compatible, On the other hand when i went to CME guide it mentioned the integration steps for the UCCX, can anybody confirm to me it is doable or not.

I would certainly ask Cisco about this to be 100% sure. Looking at the CCX compatibility guide I couldn't find a reference to CME ever, but on the other hand CME has referenced CCX often. So I would lean towards believing what the CME docs say. HOWEVER, confirm with Cisco.

You have to jump in your DeLorean and set the year back to 2012 for this one, because it was in the Release Notes for UCCX 9.0(1):

So from the screenshot it seems that cisco has stopped making work from CCX 9.0 onwards.
Please confirm.
