Chat no answer | Social miner chat | UCCX

Hi!

Is there any option in UCCX that allow agent stay in ready state for chat\e-mail after Chat No answer event?

For voice contact is System Parameters Configuration -> Agent State after Ring No Answer*. Is it exist some like this option for chat\e-mail subsystem?

Hi Oleksii,

There is no Service Parameter unfortunately for chat/email functionality that can put the agent back to ready automatically in case of chat no answer available as of now that you have for Voice contact.
