Cisco Agent Desktop and UCCX ver.11.5

Is Cisco Agent Desktop supported in UCCX ver.11.5?

I believe that Cisco is moving away from CAD. I am having presently UCCX 10.5 with CAD. Can CAD  co-exist with Finesse on ver.11.5?

Is there any working CAD to Finesse migration tool?

There is NO CAD starting version 11.x only Finesse Desktop is there. CAD and Finesse co-residency is only there till version 10.6 and not beyond that.

As far as CAD to Finesse migration utility is concerned, there seems to be one as per the below Design Guide but is not available on Cisco Developer Network better to check with TAC and confirm:
