UCCX 11.x prompt files not loaded during installation

Hi all ,

i need some help for the following problem:

I cant see any default (system) prompt under Applications->Prompt Management and in Script Application  when i try to select prompts in Show prompt  , there is no files to show or select , however i can hear default prompts when i call to a trigger with default propts.

How can i "recover" system prompts?

My UCCX is version 11.0.1.10000-75

System prompts are not visible from CCX Administration. They are located in the below directory which can only be accessed by TAC.

/opt/cisco/uccx/prompts

If there is a requirement for your own custom prompts to be played, then record the same and upload them to UCCX under Prompt Management and use them then.
