Cisco bug on FINESSE

Hi, Guys

I have issue with Cisco Finesse 10, after agent login finesse i have error in finesse.

and after close / open internet explorer, finesse is running well. i found bug on cisco document.

but , i can't find the best practice on this document.

Can you help me, explain this bug and solution for this cases.?

I had that issue before and the bugID doesn't really describe anything.  For me to resolve it I had to close the browser and restart the the Cisco phone for them to login again.
