Hi All, Please can you suggest what kind of web chat solution is possible in Cisco environment. We have uccx 10.6 (enhanced), cucm 10.5 and use jabber for internal network only. We want a chat solution which can be embedded in our website and external users can interact using the live chat icon. Your advise and help are highly appreciated! Thank you..
