Cisco Contact Management Portal 8.0

Hello Guys, my name is Eric and I'm configuring a CCMP 8.0 environment. I install and configure the CCMP 8 step-by-step like the Installation Guide for Cisco Unified Contact Center Management Portal 8.5 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/ipcc_enterprise/ipccenterprise8_5_1/installation/guide/ccmp85ig.pdf

I did integration with ICM 8 and configure all the Management Portal's configuration manager, following the manual. But when I try to open the Webpage about Management Portal (Start>All Programs>Management Portal>Web>Management Portal), the Internet Explorer 8 cannot display the webpage. I checked the url and the running services, but it were ok.

When I try to access from another machine in another domain, the browser shows me this message: "An exception has occurred

An error has occured in the application. This event has been logged and will be addressed by the site administrator. We appreciate your patience.

The following issue number has been assigned to this issue:{011f8eb7-3078-4f6e-8751-b82b528e48fa}

Contact your system's administrator for further assistance."

Can anyone help me?
