I have an issue with CUIC , Getting below Alerts
''UsedDiskSpace : 90
MessageString : Common Disk utilization hits LWM!
AppID : Cisco Log Partition Monitoring Tool ClusterID''
Let me know where I can set up purge option or other suggestion to free the space.

Is it co-resident CUIC with UCCX or a standalone instance of CUIC. Provide the exact version in both the cases.

If the workaround mentioned in above defect does not help, then please contact TAC so that they can delete the JMX log files directly from root.

Thanks Deepak,
Thru RTMT I couldnt find anythnig related to Remote Browse -> Nodes -> "specific node" -> UCCX -> Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Servicability Service -> jmx -> select all -> Delete
Once click on Remote Browse I get only 2 options trace or crash dumps

Contact TAC, it will require root access in that case to delete the files.

Try to delete the logs from CUIC CLI using the below command:
file delete activelog /cuic/logs/jmx/*.log noconfirm
file delete inactivelog /cuic/logs/jmx/*.log noconfirm
If the above does not work as well, contact TAC no other workaround

Example of stadalone CUIC when you issue below command on CUIC CLI:
admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 10.5.1.10000-7
Active CUIC Version: 10.5.0-1
Active Version Installed Software Options:
No Installed Software Options Found.
Co-resident CUIC comes by default with UCCX starting vesrion 9,x and will not show anything related to do CUIC version when you will issue show version active command on UCCX cli, will just show the UCCX version:
admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 10.6.1.10000-39
Active Version Installed Software Options:
No Installed Software Options Found.

Apart from this, you will have a different IP Address, it will be installed on a different server altogether if you are using standalone CUIC. Wheras in case of co-resident CUIC, you do not install it separately nor you will access it using a different IP address, you simply use the UCCX IP address to access it.
