Cisco Desktop Agent config -add hyperlink in header

I would like to add a hyperlink to the header  .Is this possible in 11.6 UCCE Finesse? If yes how can I do that

Hi,

What area of the agent desktop do you mean by header. If you mean #1 in the image below, you cannot edit that portion of the agent desktop. What you can do is build a gadget that has this hyperlink and add it where #2 is in the image below.

Denise,Thank you. I was thinking since the header is loaded first and I should be able to add a new element by referencing  the element using getElementById() and append method. I will write as a separate gadget
