I have a CVP application with a long-running list of orders being spoken. The menus are working but when I do an edge-case test and let it run an infinite loop, the app hangs up on the caller after precisely 3 minutes. This is reproducible every time...

Hi All,   Looking for details around securing UCCX communication with CUCM, Finesse, CUIC & Social Miner. Are their any available documents which I can follow to achieve this for one of my customer.   Thanks!   Akhilesh

We are trying invoke a custom code to access a CRM system and upload a voicemail file via base64.  The base64 conversion is working, but unable to invoke the the CRM connection.
