Hi there
Tracing just from this will be tough. Could you share the install logs ?
Hope this helps!
Cheers

Hi Ratheesh,
Thanks for your response.
We've not provided any SFTP server details at the beginning. In that case how would we pull out the install logs.As when we clicked on "continue" to dump the diagnostics information before halting option. we are getting below message on screen "Dumping diagnostics to the serial port is complete.Continue to halt.
How to do get the logs?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Ratheesh,
Thanks for the detailed procedure to collect the install logs.
I managed to pull out the logs.
Not able to trace any useful info....might be not looking at correct file.Let me know what file i should check for as having trouble uploading the collected logs.
I've gone through the couple of dbl_installdb000.log and noticed below.
<regexp>^[-_\w\d]{0,64}$</regexp>
<onValidationErrorShowMessage>Admin username cannot be one of apache, daemon, nobody, root, shutdown. It must be between 1 and 64 characters long.</onValidationErrorShowMessage>
Could you please share your valuable thoughts on this.
Thanks
