I have got 2 questionns regarding email with Cisco finesse 11.5
1. When I loggin to Cisco Finesse with email queue and I receive an email I can reply and forward but I am not able to change the SUBJECT LINE. Is there a way to edit the subject line when reply or forward in Cisco Finesse?
2. When loggin to Cisco finesse and taking calls can I use email queue with another account? for example if I am logged in with test 1 and taking my normal calls is it possible to use another account test 2 just for email in same loggedin finesse window?
I would really appreciate if someone could guide me in right direction.
