Hi,

Are you logging into Finesse using the out of the box agent desktop or a custom desktop?

If you are using the Finesse out of the box desktop, I would suggest opening up a TAC case.

Thanx,

Denise

We usually use our own Cti desktop tool for login, some times we use finesse desktop for testing the behaviour in Finesse desktop

Thanks,

Karthik

Hi,

Do you see this same behavior if you are using the Finesse out of the box desktop? I am trying to determine if this is an issue with the Finesse environment itself or specifically with your custom cti desktop tool. Is this desktop tool using the Finesse APIs to log in?

Thanx,

Denise

Yes, We are using Finesse API for custom Desktop. I am yet to try with Finesse out of the box desktop, I will keep you posted once i have the information.
