Cisco Finesse and Auto Dialer/Parking Lot

Hello, I run a contact center and use cisco finesse. I am looking at a bridge program or cisco functionality that will allow to pull in multiple people from an address in a queue and once all parties have joined, I can connect the call into a single conference. I would like the callers to hear "please wait while we gather the other attendees". Also, if a party drops off the call, I can see that a drag them back into the conference and it auto-dials them.

I am sure this is possible in Cisco with a good bit of custom work, but it would be much easier if you built it with Twilio. You could then have a Finesse gadget that shows the participants and can control the conference. So out of the box there's nothing like it, but what you're trying to do is not overly complex and can be done with some programming chops.
