Calls peresnted vs calls handled vs RNA

I don't have rna (rings no answer) in my report so what should do i do?

Please provide the system you are working in (including version) and the report you are trying to generate. 

Please also give a little more detail on your issue and what you have tried already.

You should make sure which report you are using!
To find the RNA column, use the Historical Report > Inbound > CSQ Agent Summary Report.
