Dear TAC ,
We are getting frequently following error while using Cisco Finesse:
Error: Cannot authenticate with the notification service. there are may be configuration mismatch please contact your Admin
Desktop: Windows 8
IE Version: 11.
UCCX Version 10.5 SU1
So please provide me the solution asap.

Hi,
A few things that you can check / try:
1- If the agent is using EM, associate device profile with Rmcm user
2- Reduce the max number of calls to 2 and busy trigger to 1 for affected agent DN's
3- Restart the following services:
* Cisco Finesse tomcat service
* Cisco Notification service

I have this issue for a single user, newly created - everything looks fine on their account.
The CCX cluster was restarted last night and the error still persists.

In my case the users were synced from LDAP, when I converted them to local users I was able to login with the password I had set. Once the user was synced again the issue persisted. I passed this to their AD team to investigate the user accounts, I think there was an issue with the passwords.

Your case are similar with one of the bug if you are using uccx 10.5 base version I believe.
I have converted to Local Account but still no luck.
Has restarted multiple times for the notification as well.
