Hello Expert, Please help me solve this issue. I have deployed CCX 11.6 but Cisco Finesse is not showing agent statistics and history. when i click on either statistics or history tab, i have " Loading Report..." and the page stay blank. This is my first deplyement of CCX. please Help. Regard, Zanga
