Cisco Finesse notification_Outbound Campaign

Hello team,

we have UCCE 10.5. we are testing the outbound campaign, Predictive dialing mode. Unfortunately, we are not getting either a sound notification or a popup to notify the agent of the incoming call.

 

Could anyone help us to fix this issue?

You may want to consider upgrading to a newer version since 10.5 is pretty old/end of support, but you may find this thread that talks about some of your options of use.
