Cisco Finesse users stuck in loading screen

Hello everybody,

 

I'm dealing with a login issue using the subscriber UCCX ( Fortunately).

 

when I shut down the primary server, the secondary takes the mastership role but has this issue, none can access finesse or login and shows the screen shot attached 

 

Tried to reboot different services, verified the certificate, nothing helped

everything works well with the primary server

 

What could be the issue guys ?

 

UCCX version is 11.5 (Express edition)

LAN environnement

problem faced with any ccx account

Hi ,

Can you please paste the information you get from below URL
https://<IP of Master node>:8445/finesse/api/SystemInfo

I hope you had restarted the below services on the secondary server;
Cisco Finesse Tomcat
Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service

if there is no luck, I advise to restart the UCCX box and see if it helps in any way.

Yes I did restart those services one by one and the whole server, didn't help, same issue

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? We are seeing the same issue. 

The last solution that fixed the issue is reinstalling the secondary CCX, since We were encountering this with the secondary only
