Cisco Live Data Custom Client

Hi,

we would like to know if it's possible to develop a custom web client for UCCE 11.6.1 Live Data for our custom web agent desktop.

The objective is to implement something like a Cisco Finesse gadget for Live Data, but it seems the only way to get Live Data report is by means of CUIC Permalinks. I was wondering if any API/SDK is available to directly interact with Live Data servers.

There is a huge potential for custom development - especially for UCCE vs UCCX.

Please start by looking at DevNet for Finesse - https://developer.cisco.com/site/finesse/

utilizing the built in finesse.js files, you can get a good bit of live data to format how you like.
