I have a User who recently changed the phone handset to a Cisco 9951 SIP only phone. Although I have this phone added to RMJTAPI Application user, the Agent is not able to login to Supervisor console. Please help.

Its a defect "CSCti46142:- Agents associated with 99x1 SIP phones unable to login into CAD"
Add the 'Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf' role to the RmCm application user in addition to 'Standard CTI Enabled' role. in Call Manager
