Dears,
I have an issue with cisco supervisor application, when we connect from inside zones passing our firewall to VoIP zone it works properly, whereas from outside by using VPN (IPsec RA, SSL Any connect), after entering user/password access to software, the application working normal, but all data shows N/A for agent team state & agent team summary.
I tried to modify MTU for VPN profile, also same issue, all ports all opened from vpn pool to UCCX server, and its pingable.
