Cisco Supervisor Finesse Desktop

Hello,

Can somebody please explain to me what are gadgets in the Cisco Supervisor Finesse Desktop, and also when a Supervisor is silent monitoring where do they hear the audio is it on computer speakers or a desk phone or both?

Hi ,

 While doing silent monitoring using cisco  Finesse Desktop with Supervisor login . You can hear the voice from Desk phone ( Logged in Phone extension )

Can you hear it from computer speakers or only desk phone?

Should only be via the Supervisor's phone, unless your Supervisor is using something like IP Communicator where their audio comes through the PC.
