Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Average Call handled per month

Hello,

 

I am trying to find a way to get the Average call handled per month for each agents. Cisco Unified Intelligence Center 11.6

You didn't say what type of system, but why not use one of the existing monthly reports that are out there and simply export the data and divide by the number of calls each agent handled by the number of months you're capturing?

If you need to manually calculate the information, make a custom query and develop a custom report on cuic.

By creating custom queries, you can query everything.
