Cisco vs Genisys (Contct Center)

In my conversations with clients I frequently come across Genisys as a formidable competitor.

Some of the questions my clients ask me are? (This particularly was a case where I was trying to move a Genisys customer to Cisco)

1) What's the difference between a Cisco Solution and a Genisys solution?

2) What business benefit will I have by switching to a Cisco solution as compared to Genisys ?

3) Drawbacks of Cisco in Comprassion with Genisys?

3) Why should I move to a Cisco Solution from a Genisys Solution?

Can you help me better answer these questions?

When comparing two competing products, it's best to reach out to the company itself(or one of it's partners)

They will answer all of your questions and try their best to gain your business. I find that when competitors are pit up against each other, the customer is who wins.
