hi all,
We had bought cisco Workforce management and Quality management 2 years ago, but we haven't install it.
And now when we ready to install, the SW has been obsolete. Where I need to contact in Cisco to get latest SW?
And what information I need for this ?

If you have an active UCSS contract on the software you can order the upgrade media through the Product Upgrade Tool. Without a UCSS contract you would need to purchase the upgrade. See the Ordering Guide (partners only) for part numbers.
