Cisco WorkForce Optimization Quality management external SQL server and internal storage case

Dears,

We have installed cisco WorkForce Optimization Quality management 11.5 and I started Postinstall of external SQL server after that when I reach configuration of Recording Path I left it internal and error shown as below:

What do you mean by "Postinstall of external SQL server"

If you are using an external SQL server you do not install any QM software on that server.

You would install a single server QM and you can point that to an external SQL server

Actually I already made QM in another server and I pointed it to SQL server but I solved Issue by adding QM cradentials to monitoring and recording API service after that it works fine.
