Finesse getting certificate error while accessing Quality Manager

Hi All,

Agents are getting certificate error when they go to Recordings tab that is integrated with AQM.

We recently upgraded our AQM to the lates version.

Once they accept the certificate it works fine but customer wants to remove that permanently.

I believe we need to consolidate the certificates, can someone help me on this.

Hi there

I think you should follow these steps to generate a CSR and get it signed and install it back to QM server
