The UCCX 8.5 installation/upgrade guide as well as the administration guide shows all of the examples that you have requested. You can access them off the CCO site. To add to the cluster, you will use the install/upgrade guide. To remove, use the admin guide to use the section "changeing a cluster." Hopefully this will help.
